- Terril L. Frantz received the 2008 Scholarship to attend the the 2008 OBTC Doctoral Institute last June--"as part of the annual "OBTS Teaching Conference for Management Educators." The annual institute is a intimate event that mixes students with world-class, award-winning, management research and teaching faculty for two days in an informal setting. The event centers on how to successfully manage the demands and the balance between research and teaching in our professional careers and personal life.
