Frequently Asked Questions

1. No single speaker is to present more than two papers. There are no limits on the number of papers that you can be a co-author on.
2. All speakers must register for the conference. There are no single day rates.
3. All conference papers are to be a minimum of 2 pages.
4. All session organizers and discussants must register for the conference.
5. In general, requests to speak on a particular day cannot be met. The conference is just too large.
6. All individuals attending the conference, whether or not they are authors, must register.
7. The KeyNote dinner is included in the conference cost and cannot be refunded.
8. Students winning the paper competition will have 3 weeks to make minor revisions before their paper is published in CMOT.
9. A single LCD projectors for projecting from laptops will be available in each room. Individuals requiring additional or other media should contact Monika De Reno mdereno@cs.cmu.edu>.
10. A $50 Late registration fees will be enforced after May 28, 2004.
