Organize a panel:
If you are interested in organizing a panel (3 papers), you must submit by May 10th, 2004 12 midnight EST - a one to two paragraph description of the panel, name, institution and email id of the panel organizer and the three papers of the panel members. These papers must follow the paper format; however, they may be between 1 and 4 pages long. Note, if one of these papers is to be considered for the Ph.D. paper contribution then that paper must be 4 pages long.
