Applying for the Ph.D. program
To apply for the Ph.D. program - Apply to either
the CMU SCS COS PhD program at http://www.cos.cs.cmu.edu/, EPP at http://www.epp.cmu.edu, or
Heinz at http://www.heinz.cmu.edu/index.aspx.
In your application letter say that you want to be associated with
CASOS.
Once admitted send a letter to Dr. Kathleen Carley. A CASOS
faculty member should chair each of your paper and thesis committees.

Applying for an MS
To apply for an MS. Apply to the
CMU SCS COS PhD. program at http://cos.cs.cmu.edu/.
In your application letter say that you want to be associated with CASOS
and work with Dr. Carley.
In addition, send an email to Dr. Carley.
